Mobile Appointments: We are still limiting in house appointments, so please be flexible with your schedule when you call to book an appointment. If you need to reschedule due to sickness or exposure, we would be happy to accommodate! Masks are requested.
In-Clinic Appointments: We still ask when you arrive to your appointment to remain in your vehicle and call us, as the previous appointment could still be in the building. We are trying to limit entry to 1 family at a time; our office has a very small waiting area. We ask that anyone attending the appointment consider wearing a mask and sanitize their hands before entering the building. We want to remain as safe as possible so that we can continue to provide your pet services! If you feel unwell the day of your appointment, please let us know and we will reschedule as soon as you are feeling better!
In- Clinic Pick Ups: We can still provide this service while limiting the number of people exposed in our office, as we may have a client in with their pet, we ask that all Pick-Up's still be completed curb-side. Please call us when you arrive in the parking lot and we will bring your order out.
For medication pick up, food pick up, phone calls, and any other need for the office staff (potentially no vet on site), please see the listed hours below.
Please note, we are unable to accommodate unscheduled, drop-in style appointments, as there is not always a vet on site. Please contact 519-203-0248 to schedule an appointment.
